What materials are used in ASOBU® drinkware?
Our products are crafted from high-quality, BPA-free materials including food-grade stainless steel, durable tritan, and heat-resistant glass to ensure the purity of your beverage.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Are ASOBU® products dishwasher safe?
While many of our items are top-rack dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing our vacuum-insulated stainless steel bottles to preserve their thermal properties and finish.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all ASOBU® products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
